My name is David Starling, owner of DAVID DIDiT LLC. I started out in the construction trade by completing the Carpentry Vocational Program at Wadsworth High School in 1997. After many years of working for a very successful remodeling company as a Certified Lead Carpenter, It was time to start my own.
In 2009, I started Z-BAN LLC primarily as a roof cleaning company. Roof cleaning alone was not fulfilling enough as I missed what I loved most: Remodeling! Later that year I created the trade name (dba) : DAVID DIDiT, which is a much more appropriate name for a construction and remodeling company. The “iT” in DIDiT refers to your entire remodeling project as I am involved from start to finish.

As the years went by there was some confusion as both names were used for the same business. Not needing both names anymore, it was time to simplify. In Feb 2019, Z-BAN LLC officially became DAVID DIDiT LCC.
